The online registration page is now open.
The conference registration fee (including the tutorial day) will be as follows:
- Full Registration
- Early 750 USD,
- Late (after September 7) 850 USD
- Student Registration
- Early 500 USD,
- Late (after September 7) 550 USD
At least one author of each accepted paper must have Full Registration and present the paper in person.
Requests for cancellation and refunds must be received no later than September 15 and are subject to 50 USD processing fee. No refunds will be processed after this date. Conference organizers will accept a substitute at no additional cost, if a registered conference participant is unable to attend.
The Radisson Hotel Los Angeles Midtown is located within walking distance to the conference venue. We are holding a guest room block for conference attendees at $179 per night for October 6-10, 2018. The number of guest rooms is very limited, so please act as soon as possible. Reservation must be made on or before September 17, 2018.
Please make your reservation either by calling 1 (800) 333-3333 or through the internet by accessing the hotel website. In both cases, it is important that you specify that you are part of the “ATVA CONFERENCE GROUP“.
Visa Support Letter
ATVA 2018 can provide visa support letters to authors of the accepted papers, members of the conference committee, and conference participants who have registered.
Please send your request to Professor Chao Wang by email, with the subject of the email titled [ATVA18 Visa Support Letter] and the following information:
- Name as it appears on your passport
- Postal Mailing Address
- Email Address
- Accepted Paper Title (for author)
- Registration Confirmation Number (for non-author)
Visa support letters are issued via e-mail.
